Turnkey powder coating plant
A turnkey powder coating plant is a complete line, from washing to curing, engineered, built, installed and commissioned by Adencoat as one project. The example line has two washing stages, a 10 m drying oven, a cyclone robotic booth, a 20 m curing oven, a cardan chain conveyor and a PLC panel.

How we size it
We start from three inputs: the largest part, the parts per hour and the hanging pattern. From them follow the line speed, the oven lengths, the booth openings, the pretreatment stages and the conveyor load. The sizing guide shows the arithmetic for each station.

Standards
ATEX-certified components in classified zones, CE Declaration of Conformity for the line. Booths to EN 16985:2018, ovens to EN 1539:2015, automatic powder equipment to EN 50177.
