Engineering tools
Four calculators that do the arithmetic behind a proposal: line speed and oven length, oven heating power and energy, booth extraction and cartridge count, pretreatment tunnel stages and lengths. Results appear as you type, metric or imperial, with the method and every assumption printed under the result. Nothing is gated; send the result to a quote if you want us to check it.
Coating booth configurator
Describe the part and how it reaches the booth; get a sized, checked booth in 3D and as a STEP file.
- In
- Largest part and its weight, booth type, paint, number of colours and colour changes, heating of the supply air, conveyor, rail, stand or turntable, room size
- Out
- Opening and inside size, extraction, filters and recovery modules, fan, heater, footprint, 3D model, STEP
Coating line configurator
Describe the parts, the output and the hall; get a checked 3D layout of the whole line.
- In
- Load and weight on a hanger, output per shift, number of colours and colour changes, metal and duty, pretreatment, energy source for the ovens, conveyor, hall size
- Out
- Line speed, every station sized, booth recovery, oven and dryer power, conveyor loop, footprint, 3D model, STEP
Box oven configurator
Describe one batch and the cycle you want; get a sized, checked box-type curing oven in 3D and as a STEP file.
- In
- Batch size and weight, trolley or hanger bars, doors, energy source, cure temperature, output, room size
- Out
- Inside and outside size, heating power or burner and fuel use, supply, cycle, batches and parts per shift, 3D model, STEP
-
Line speed and oven length

How the tools are built
Each tool uses the rules published on the sizing guide and methods from the open engineering literature: the heat-load method of oven builders, the specific heat of steel, the thermal conductivity of rock wool, face-velocity practice for powder booths, the stage logic of the QUALICOAT specification. Defaults that come from our own built equipment are marked so you can tell them from textbook values. Where a supplier's data sheet governs (the cure window of a powder, the contact time of a chemistry) the tool asks you for that value instead of guessing it.
The tools size the main dimensions. They do not replace the site survey, the hall layout, the electrical and gas supply check, or the standards review (EN 16985 for booths, EN 1539 for ovens, ATEX zoning) that precede a firm proposal.
Send a result and get it checked
Every tool has a button that carries its result into the quote form. We reply with a sized proposal, or with the reason the numbers should differ.
