From a single booth to a complete line, one production site
Adencoat designs and builds powder and liquid paint booths, curing ovens, pretreatment lines and conveyors in its own workshop in İzmir, and installs and commissions them with its own team. The company was founded in 2010. It employs more than 50 people, has installed more than 300 projects and has delivered to more than 25 countries.

How we work
- Survey. We measure the hall and the parts and agree the line speed before anything is drawn.
- Engineering. Layout, station sizing, electrical scheme and conformity file are prepared by our own engineers.
- Manufacture. Every station is built in İzmir and pre-assembled.
- Installation and commissioning. Our team installs, commissions the PLC and runs trials with your parts.
- Service. The same team maintains the line and supplies the parts.
Sheet metal work, welding, assembly
Sheet metal is cut and bent on a CNC press brake and a guillotine shear; booth bodies, oven frames, tunnels and conveyor supports are welded and assembled in the workshop; electrical panels are wired and the PLC programmed in-house; every station is pre-assembled and tested before dispatch. Welding is carried out by TÜV-qualified welders under WPQR-documented procedures.
