The same team after installation
The team that installs your line answers the phone afterwards. Adencoat provides installation and commissioning, planned maintenance, spare parts and filters, and the relocation of whole lines, from the same workshop that built the equipment. Service requests are answered within one working day.

Installation and commissioning
The team that built the equipment installs it: mechanical assembly, ducting, electrical connection, PLC commissioning and trial runs with your parts, followed by operator and maintenance training. A single booth and box oven are installed in three to five days; a line of the example size in about four weeks.
Maintenance and overhaul
Planned maintenance visits check filters, fans, burners or heating elements, door seals and the thermostat calibration, and replace wear parts before they stop the line. Overhauls bring older ovens back to temperature with new insulation panels and heating units. Maintenance contracts with one or two visits a year are available for lines in Türkiye, the EU, Egypt and Morocco.
Spare parts and filters
Cartridge filters, paper and EU-3 filters, finned heating elements, digital thermostats, sealed light fittings and conveyor parts are held for the sizes we build. Filters and standard parts ship within five working days.
Plant relocation and reinstallation
Whole lines are surveyed, dismantled in a documented order, re-engineered where the new hall or the new country requires it, transported, reinstalled and recommissioned. See the plant relocation product page for the scope.
Spare parts
Filters, heating elements and controls are held for the sizes we build, so a stopped oven or a clogged booth is a parts order, not an engineering project.
Request parts| Cartridge filter | Ø100 x 1,900 mm |

| Paper filter | To booth size |
| EU-3 filter | To booth size |
| Heating element | Finned, to oven power |
| Thermostat | Digital |
| Sealed light fitting | 40 W |
How to request service
Call or write with the type plate data of the machine: model, year and serial number are on the plate at the control panel. Photographs of the fault help the engineer prepare the parts before the visit.
For a breakdown or maintenance
Have the serial number from the type plate ready.
