Cardan chain conveyor
The cardan chain conveyor carries parts through washing, drying, coating and curing without a break, and takes heavier loads per hanger than a light web conveyor. Load, speed and hanger pitch are engineered per project; the PLC panel runs the drive and the line interlocks.

How we size it
Hanger pitch follows the longest part plus a gap; the load per hanger follows the heaviest part; line speed follows the longest oven and its dwell time. Drive power follows the total load and the chain length.
