Cyclone manual powder coating booth
The cyclone manual powder coating booth is a fixed, knock-down steel booth for spraying from both sides. Overspray is drawn through the floor into a cyclone that recovers the powder for reuse; the fine fraction that escapes is held in a felt after-filter. Our standard size is 3,000 x 2,200 x 1,400 mm with 12,000 m³/h of extraction.

How we size it
Opening height follows the tallest part plus hanger and 200 mm clearance; length gives the operator reach at both ends; extraction follows the open area at 0.5 m/s. In the standard booth that is 12,000 m³/h from a 4 kW fan and twelve Ø100 x 1,900 mm cartridges. Larger openings scale airflow and cartridge count together.
What it is for
- Spray openings on both sides, fully enclosed interior lighting

- Knock-down build: bolted, can be dismantled and moved
