Cartridge-filter powder coating booth
The cartridge-filter powder coating booth recovers overspray directly on cartridge filters mounted behind the spray wall, with no cyclone. It needs less floor space and less ducting than a cyclone booth and suits shops that run one or two colours. Size, filter count and extraction are set per project from the largest part.

How we size it
As for the cyclone booth, the opening follows the tallest part and the extraction follows the open area at 0.5 m/s; the cartridge count follows the airflow at about 1,000 m³/h per Ø100 x 1,900 mm cartridge, the ratio used in our standard cyclone booth. Automatic reverse-pulse cleaning keeps the pressure drop stable.
