Tunnel drying and curing oven
The tunnel oven is a continuous-pass oven on a conveyor line, used for drying after washing or for curing powder. The lines we build use lengths such as 10 m for drying and 20 m for curing; the cross-section follows the largest part on the hanger. Thermoblock heating and rock-wool sandwich panels are standard.
| Example length | 10 m drying, 20 m curing |
|---|---|
| Pass | Conveyorised, continuous |
| Heating | Thermoblock |

Technical data
The table shows the standard size. Values marked per project are set from your part and line and appear in the proposal, with the drawing for your size.
Quote for your dimensions| Type | Straight tunnel |

| Example lengths | 10 m spray drying, 20 m powder curing |
| Heating | Thermoblock |
| Conveyor | Cardan chain |
| Insulation | Rock wool sandwich panels |
| Cross-section | Per project |
How we size it
Length equals line speed multiplied by dwell time: heat-up to the powder's cure temperature plus the hold time. At 1 m/min a 20 m tunnel gives 20 minutes. Cross-section follows the part envelope plus clearance; heating power follows the steel mass per hour and the air losses at the openings, which air curtains reduce.
What it is for
- Conveyorised series production lines
- Drying at the spray washing exit
- Curing at the booth exit
Options
- Straight, U-turn or camel-back layouts
- Gas-fired or electric thermoblock
- Air curtains at entry and exit
- Cooling zone after the oven
Standards
CE Declaration of Conformity supplied. Built to EN 1539:2015.
